PrizePicks Packs
PrizePicks Packs sells one-card digital packs in three types (basketball, football and Pokémon) from $1 to $2,500. It shows tier ranges before you buy and offers a 100% FMV buyback. The catch is a short 24-hour decision window from the moment you open, and the referral program pays Bonus Lineups for the picks app, not packs.
How buyback works
PrizePicks offers to buy your card back at 100% of its Fair Market Value, which it sets using data from independent third-party providers. You have 24 hours from the moment you open the pack to sell back or ship; after that PrizePicks sells the card back for you at 100% FMV. Its Bonus Packs page says three days for cards from Bonus Packs, so check the timer in the app. Its Packs Terms also say some cards are ship-only and buyback offers can change, so treat 100% as the advertised rate, not a guarantee.

Rips by Triumph, run by Triumph TCG, LLC, is one of the biggest card rip apps, with Pokémon, One Piece and sports packs and tier odds shown before you buy. Sales pay withdrawable credit at 100% FMV. The downsides are a 7-day vault limit, a $5 per-card shipping fee and how fast the app makes it to rip.
How buyback works
Rips by Triumph lets you sell a card back for account credit at the fair market value it shows, which its App Store listing puts at 100%. Credit from sales can be withdrawn to a debit card, bank, PayPal or Venmo after identity checks. RotoWire reports cards can sit in the vault for up to 7 days.
