PrizePicks Packs
PrizePicks Packs sells one-card digital packs in three types (basketball, football and Pokémon) from $1 to $2,500. It shows tier ranges before you buy and offers a 100% FMV buyback. The catch is a short 24-hour decision window from the moment you open, and the referral program pays Bonus Lineups for the picks app, not packs.
How buyback works
PrizePicks offers to buy your card back at 100% of its Fair Market Value, which it sets using data from independent third-party providers. You have 24 hours from the moment you open the pack to sell back or ship; after that PrizePicks sells the card back for you at 100% FMV. Its Bonus Packs page says three days for cards from Bonus Packs, so check the timer in the app.

Trove's buyback offer drops with time: its homepage says 100% of FMV for the first minute, 93% for the next hour, then 90% any time after. An independent review site found different tiers in Trove's Terms, so check the offer on screen before you accept.
