Underdog Rips
Underdog Rips sells one-card packs of sports cards and Pokémon from $5 to $5,000 inside the Underdog app, with tier odds on every pack and a 100% FMV sell-back. Its 3-day decision window is longer than most rivals. The catches: it's app-only, not in Nevada, and $1 packs auto-sell in an hour.
How buyback works
Underdog buys a pulled card back at 100% of its fair market value, the same quote shown when you reveal it. You have 3 days to sell or ship; after that the card sells back automatically. Cards from $1 packs sell back after 60 minutes, and a sale is final, though Underdog lets you cancel a shipment within 60 minutes on the latest app.

Rips by Triumph, run by Triumph TCG, LLC, is one of the biggest card rip apps, with Pokémon, One Piece and sports packs and tier odds shown before you buy. Sales pay withdrawable credit at 100% FMV. The downsides are a 7-day vault limit, a $5 per-card shipping fee and how fast the app makes it to rip.
How buyback works
Rips by Triumph lets you sell a card back for account credit at the fair market value it shows, which its App Store listing puts at 100%. Credit from sales can be withdrawn to a debit card, bank, PayPal or Venmo after identity checks. RotoWire reports cards can sit in the vault for up to 7 days.
