Who runs Underdog Rips
Rips lives inside the Underdog app. Underdog's promotion rules are issued by Underdog Sports Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates, and they include mandatory arbitration and a class action waiver, so read them before you deposit.
Rips is only in the mobile app, not on the Underdog website. RotoWire reports it's available in every US state except Nevada, with a minimum age of 18 in most states and higher in a few.
What's in a pack
Each pack is tied to one real card already in a vault: an authenticated raw card or a PSA, BGS, CGC or SGC slab. Packs run $5, $25, $100, $1,000 and $2,500, and Pokémon packs also come at $5,000.
Odds are listed per tier on each pack page. Underdog says they can change in real time as other people open packs, so check them right before you buy.
Selling back or shipping
After a pull you can sell the card back at 100% of its fair market value, the same quote you saw at reveal, hold it, or request the physical card. You have 3 days; after that the card sells back automatically. Those are Underdog's published terms and can change, so check the timer on each card.
Two exceptions matter. Cards from $1 packs sell back after 60 minutes, and once you pick ship or sell, you can't reverse it.
What we couldn't verify
We haven't audited Underdog's card pools or how it sets fair market value. Legit doesn't mean profitable: a card worth less than the pack price is a normal result.
Compare the quote with recent sold listings for the same card and grade before you accept it.
