Who runs DOPA

In Japan, DOPA! is run by sinsa Inc. It launched in January 2023 and announced 1.3 million cumulative users in July 2026.

We couldn't confirm from the global site's public pages whether dopa-global.com is operated by the same company. Check its terms and support contact before you deposit.

What you buy

DOPA sells online oripa: packs the operator makes up itself, not sealed product from the card maker. Each pack page shows the full prize pool and the odds for every card.

Most cards are Japanese Pokémon and One Piece. Japanese cards often sell for different prices than English ones, so compare sold prices for the right language.

Credits, not cash

If you don't want a card, DOPA converts 100% of its listed value into credits. Those credits only buy more packs; you can't withdraw them.

That's the main reason for our Caution rating. A credits-only exit makes it easy to keep ripping past your budget.
