Who runs Packs.com
Packs.com's Terms of Use name MEJMR LLC as the operator and include an arbitration agreement. The site sells Real Packs, which represent repackaged packs of real cards, and Single Pulls, which are one-card curated repacks.
What you can do with a card
After a reveal, the card sits in your inventory. You can ship it, keep it there, or sell it back for Coins at the estimated resale value shown when it was revealed.
Its terms describe shipping requests within 24 hours of opening, so check the shipping option right after you rip.
Coins, not cash
Coins are site currency. Packs.com's FAQ, as reported by PackRipper, says Coins can't be withdrawn or converted back to cash. A sell-back is store credit for more packs.
If you want money out, ship the card and sell it yourself.
Shipping and refunds
Its refund policy says all purchases are final, and physical cards ship by standard shipping with an estimated 2 to 4 week window. The homepage says cards ship near mint, sleeved and top-loaded, with international shipping available.
What we couldn't verify
We haven't audited Packs.com's pack pools or card valuations. Treat every pack as entertainment spend and compare sold prices before deciding whether to ship.
