DOPA
DOPA brings Japan's online oripa format to English-speaking collectors. Each pack shows its full prize pool with odds, and unwanted cards convert to credits rather than cash, which keeps you ripping. We rate it Caution for that reason.
How buyback works
DOPA lets you convert a card you don't want into credits at 100% of its listed value, but those credits can only be spent on more packs, not withdrawn as cash. Cards you keep are shipped, which DOPA says takes 7 to 10 days door to door.

Packs.com, run by MEJMR LLC, sells Real Packs and one-card Single Pulls of raw Pokémon, One Piece and Magic cards with odds on each pack. You can ship your cards or sell them back for Coins. The catch is that Coins don't cash out, and every purchase is final.
How buyback works
Packs.com buys a card back for Coins at the estimated resale value shown when it was revealed. Coins are site currency: Packs.com says they can't be withdrawn as cash, so only cards you ship carry value off the site.
